We loved this TOP-NOTCH hotel and its great staff and location. Rooms with a balcony, good views and 2 large beds. Set very close to the old quarter, the famous train street in the very lively area.

The place was fairly clean and staff were consistently courteous, I liked strategic location. Double superior unit with a Colonial decor. A buffet breakfast was adequate, included appetising dishes.
Tbh Wi-Fi was very poor, and the bed was squeaky.

Pleasant staff, so excellent location, perfect service. And it also had breathtaking view. There was a cheap restaurant, shops and the markets next door. Cosy lobby. I had a very enjoyable stay and would stay here again.

We loved it, the hotel was absolutely brilliant and had fab staff and location. Shuttle was a nice touch. The place was near Hanoi city centre.
